3XP design & manufacture a comprehensive range of perforating shaped charges for load strips & HSD carriers in various sized and performances from deep penetration (DP) to super and extreme deep penetration (SDP & XDP), as well as big hole (BH) and high-performance consistent hole (HPCH) charges. All charges are manufactured and tested per API-19b standard
Perforating system primary objective is to establish flow communication between wellbore and reservoir rock. Perforating accessories provide electrical, mechanical and hydraulic integrity within the perforating String, as well as other means such as positioning & orienting the string and provide other mechanisms for operation safety. Components are designed in various sizes, typically with 20,000 psi pressure and up to 400°F (204°C) temperature ratings.
The MPPG perforating system features addressable switch within the through-wired charge-tube, providing assembly ease and high reliability for multi-cluster perforation for multistage fracturing operations.
