Modular Plug & Play Generation (MPPG) Perforating System

The Modular Plug & Play 2nd Generation (MPPG) perforating system features improved electrical configuration with redundant ground connections, through wired, and addressable switch slot within the charge-tube, providing assembly ease and high reliability.

The MPPG system design is universal, accommodating our High-Performance Consistent Hole (HPCH) charges, as well as 3rd party charges with similar application designs (3 1/8" system can be loaded with 19gr ~ 23gr charges).

The MPPG system can be and has been used with other reliable addressable switches available in the market. Inter-carrier, top & bottom adaptors can also be supplied per customer design upon request.

The modular design provides flexibility for "plug & perf" job planning including multi-stage frac operations. The system is successfully tested and used in various international markets with both in-house and 3rd party charges.
